1. No measuring instrument or direct replacement of the controller
Put up the rear wheel, the motor is off the ground, there is resistance to pushing the motor, or turn the handle, the motor has a sound and does not rotate smoothly, and there is no problem with the connection line between the controller and the motor, then the controller may be broken and the controller power tube is damaged; Replace the controller directly, if there is still a problem, it means it is not the problem with the controller.
2. Unplug the three thick phase wires of the motor (five are signal wires)
The phase lines are yellow, green and blue respectively. It is easy to rotate by hand, that is, the controller is broken.
3. Turn off the power supply and separate the controller from the whole vehicle
Unplug the power cord into the controller and the controller connected to the motor, connect the power cord to the motor line, turn on the power switch, and the motor runs normally, indicating that the controller is damaged.
4, with a multimeter, repair car treasure and other testing instruments
First, disconnect the controller from the power supply, short-circuit the thick black wire and the thick red wire of the controller, short-circuit the three thick yellow wires to the thick black wire, and discharge the residual power of the internal capacitor. Place the multimeter in the diode gear for measurement, connect the negative pole of the controller with a red stylus, and measure the three phase lines in turn with a black stylus. The three values should have little difference. Then connect the positive pole with a black pen, and connect the three phase lines with a red pen in turn, and the values are basically the same. If the two numerical measurements are normal, it means that the controller is normal.
