If the controller is broken, the following symptoms will occur.
Stop-and-go, the rear wheel does not rotate or it is difficult to push up, the noise is loud, the load is slow, the start is slow or weak, the electric vehicle vibrates, the motor does not rotate, the power consumption is higher than usual, and the speed is fast and slow.

Stop-and-go, the rear wheel does not rotate or it is difficult to push up, the noise is loud, the load is slow, the start is slow or weak, the electric vehicle vibrates, the motor does not rotate, the power consumption is higher than usual, and the speed is fast and slow. If you experience these symptoms, the following tests are required to determine if the problem is with the controller:
1. Set the rear wheel, the motor is off the ground, pushing the motor has resistance, or turning the handle, the motor makes noise, the rotation is not smooth, and there is no problem with the connection line between the controller and the motor. It is possible that the controller is broken and the power of the controller Tube damage. If the problem persists after directly replacing the controller, it means that the problem is not the controller.
2. Unplug the three thick phase lines of the motor (five of which are signal lines), and the phase lines are yellow, green and blue respectively. If the motor is easily rotated, the controller is broken.
3. Turn off the power, disconnect the controller from the vehicle, unplug the power cord connecting the controller and the motor, connect the power cord to the motor line, turn on the power switch, the motor runs normally, indicating that the controller is damaged.
4. Use multimeter, car repair kit and other testing instruments, place the multimeter at the diode position for measurement, connect the negative pole of the controller with a red probe, and measure the three-phase line in turn with a black probe. The three values should be similar. Then connect the positive pole with a black pen and the three-phase line with a red pen in turn, and the values are basically the same. If two normal values are measured, the controller is normal. Then connect the controller to the body line normally, turn on the power supply, unplug the brake line, and use the multimeter voltage file to measure whether the 5V voltage of the handle is normal. If 5 volts means the controller is normal, otherwise it is damaged.
The controller is an important part of an electric vehicle. If it fails, it needs to be detected and replaced in time. The above test methods can help you determine whether the controller is broken.
